    This is an electronic lock that opens and closes through our server. Another main function of the lock is the ability to open and close it remotely from a smartphone.

    Since the inner cylinder remains the same, Smart Lock does not in any way change the basic security functions of the current lock. And the strong encryption method in our escutcheon guarantees the highest security standards, similar to those of online banking. Thus, the likelihood of breaking the electronic lock is excluded, plus we will instantly receive a notification of such an attempt and block access.

    Here we would like to talk about the reliability of the contactless access system and the safety of using our service.
    Smart Lock is an electronic lock, which is locked and unlocked with the help of a wireless connection with the smartphone via Bluetooth technology. A reliable encryption method guarantees maximum safety standards similar to those used in online banking. Given this, the risk of housebreaking is completely eliminated, in addition to this we will be immediately notified about such an attempt and the access will be blocked.
    The absence of physical keys excludes the possibility that any of the previous guests could have made a duplicate or that a stranger will enter the apartment during your absence. Access is unique and is provided by the system only to the person who booked the accommodation and his fellow travelers (in case you wanted to share access with them).
    Every guest’s identity is verified; we check and identify his/her reliability. For this purpose, we may ask to upload an identity document or take a selfie. These are necessary measures to ensure that each guest feels safe and the owner of the property is confident that his property is safe.
    We create a service based on trust, simplicity, and convenience, where people come to Homy as guests and leave as friends. That is why your safe stay in the apartment is our priority. But regardless of whether you have booked your accommodation with the Homy app or not, we recommend you to find out more about the city and the place of your stay in advance, stay vigilant, and care about your personal safety.
    Our guest support team is always ready to do their best to resolve your booking inquiries. However, if an emergency occurs during your stay or the owner threatens you, immediately contact local police or emergency service
